نبحث عن مساعد تنفيذي ومدير مكتب متميز للانضمام إلى فريقنا في قطاع العقارات. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن تقديم الدعم الإداري والتنظيمي لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة في المكتب. سيتطلب هذا الدور مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.

Responsibilities:

  1. تنسيق الجداول الزمنية والاجتماعات للمديرين التنفيذيين.
  2. إدارة الاتصالات الواردة والصادرة، بما في ذلك المكالمات الهاتفية والبريد الإلكتروني.
  3. تنظيم الفعاليات والاجتماعات الداخلية والخارجية.
  4. تقديم الدعم الإداري اليومي، بما في ذلك إعداد التقارير والمستندات.
  5. إدارة الملفات والسجلات لضمان الوصول السهل إليها.
  6. تقديم الدعم اللوجستي للموظفين والزوار.
  7. تتبع الميزانيات والنفقات الخاصة بالمكتب.
  8. تطوير وتحسين العمليات الإدارية لتحقيق الكفاءة.
  9. التفاعل مع العملاء والموردين بطريقة احترافية.
