HRIS Director

- Manage and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Time Management, and Payroll.
- Oversee the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other systems (e.g., SAP Concur, SAP Ariba, etc.).
- Test and implement system changes, enhancements and updates to ensure functionality and alignment with business needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR system configurations and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate with IT to resolve technical issues.
Data Management & Integrity:
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data across all systems.
- Perform regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Develop and enforce best practices for data entry and maintenance.
Documentation & Knowledge Management:
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes in SAP Documentations.
- Create user guides, training materials and FAQs to support system users.
- Maintain version control of documentation and ensure it is updated with system changes or enhancements.
- Document system-related issues, resolutions and configuration changes for future reference.
System Enhancements & Projects:
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancements.
- Lead system upgrades, and implementations for SAP SuccessFactors.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using SAP SuccessFactors tools.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and reporting standards.
User Support & Training:
- Provide end-user support to HR team members and other stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides to ensure efficient system use.
- Address user queries and resolve system issues promptly.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR system-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other departments to align systems with business needs.
- Communicate updates, changes, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
Compliance & Security:
- Ensure HR systems comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws).
- Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard sensitive employee data.
