Responsibilities
  1. Partner with stakeholders to determine, record, and prioritize business requirements, serving as the main point of contact between business units and technical teams. Organize workshops and meetings to collect insights and feedback.
  2. Translate development business needs into technical requirements, project scope, and functional specifications.
  3. Create comprehensive documentation, including business process maps, user stories, and technical specifications.
  4. Collaborate closely with the IT team to design and validate solutions. Assess business processes to enhance efficiency and identify opportunities for digitization and integration.
  5. Provide support throughout project implementation, including testing, training, and troubleshooting to ensure effective delivery.
  6. Establish metrics to evaluate the success of implemented solutions and propose improvements as necessary. Track the effectiveness of executed solutions and suggest enhancements based on business feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in business analysis, or a related field, with a strong focus on IT/Digital engineering solutions.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SWOT analysis, BPMN, user stories).
