Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact and handling all communication and preparing project proposals.
Develop and manage bid pricing strategies to deliver competitive and accurate proposals.
Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize procurement processes and meet client demands.
Report on sales performance and financial metrics to support strategic decisionmaking.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create detailed reports presentations and analyses
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their expectations.
Monitor market trends to refine pricing strategies and procurement practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in finance Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in finance procurement and bid pricing.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel PowerPoint and Word.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fastpaced environment.
