What will you do1. Product Expertise: Develop and maintain indepth knowledge of the organizations lending products includingfeatures benefits and competitive advantages. Stay abreast of industry trends regulatory changes and emerging technologies related to lendingproducts.2. Presales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective presales strategies thatalign with business goals and objectives. Analyse client requirements and tailor product demonstrations and presentations to showcasehow our lending solutions meet their specific needs.3. Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients through presentations workshops and demonstrations toarticulate the value proposition of our lending products. Conduct needs assessments and gather information to provide tailored solutions.4. Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer pain points and contribute to thedevelopment of customized proposals and quotations.Page 2 of 2 Provide support in preparing responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests forInformation) wherever required.5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners andinternal teams. Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering insights and recommendations based on their specificlending needs.6. Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the functionality and benefits of ourlending solutions. Address client questions and concerns during product demonstrations to ensure a comprehensiveunderstanding.7. Pricing Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to understand right price point. Negotiate with internal stakeholders to arrive at right cost of delivery and final customer pricepoint. Ensure approval is sought from Commercial Excellence team on all the deals.8. Contracting: Work closely with the sales team on client contract negotiations Work Closely with internal / external legal team on closing contract document.9. Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their understanding of lendingproducts and improve their ability to communicate product value to clients.10. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to provide insights forproduct enhancement and development.
What is expected from an individual Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field. Proven experience in presales product management or a similar role within the lending orfinancial technology industry. Strong understanding of lending products financial markets and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex customer requirements.
