نحن نبحث عن مدير مبيعات محترف وطموح للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مجال توريد الأبواب في الرياض. يركز هذا الدور على تحقيق النمو من خلال استهداف الفرص الجديدة في المشاريع وتوسيع العلاقات مع العملاء في قطاع البناء ومواد البناء. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي خلفية قوية في المبيعات ومواد البناء، مع القدرة على التواصل مع صناع القرار في الصناعة.

**المسؤوليات الرئيسية**:

- تحديد واستهداف الفرص الجديدة في المشاريع داخل قطاع البناء، بما في ذلك المقاولين والمعماريين والمطورين.
- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين لضمان تكرار الأعمال ورضا العملاء.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات من خلال إنشاء وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مبيعات فعّالة لمنتجات الأبواب.
- تقديم والترويج لحلول الأبواب التي نقدمها للعملاء المحتملين، مع إبراز القيمة والجودة لمنتجاتنا.
- إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد الفرص الجديدة والبقاء على اطلاع على اتجاهات الصناعة، خصوصًا في مواد البناء.
- إعداد وتقديم عروض المبيعات والمقترحات والعقود المصممة لتلبية احتياجات العملاء.
- التعاون الوثيق مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان تسليم المشاريع بسلاسة ورضا العملاء.

**المتطلبات**:

- خبرة في مجال المبيعات، ويفضل في صناعة مواد البناء أو قطاع الإنشاءات والمقاولات.
- فهم قوي لمبيعات المشاريع والقدرة على إدارة حسابات عملاء متعددة.
- مهارات تفاوض والتواصل بشكل ممتاز.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحقيق النتائج في سوق تنافسي.
- أسلوب مرتب ونهج محترف في التعامل مع العملاء.

- راتب تنافسي يتراوح بين 4000-5000 ريال سعودي شهريًا.

**Job Title**: Sales Manager - Door Supplier

**Location**: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

**Salary**: 4000-5000 SAR per month + 2% commission per sale

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target new project opportunities within the construction sector, including contractors, architects, and developers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets by creating and executing effective sales strategies for door products.
- Present and promote our door solutions to potential clients, highlighting the value and quality of our offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, particularly in building materials.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly within the building materials or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of project sales and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive market.
- Professional demeanour and approach to client engagement.
