**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions for clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing Aon's services and capabilities
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to anticipate client needs and drive business growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the professional services industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as required
