**Job Specification**
- Extensive sales experience with a proven track record and worked in a regional role.
- 8 - 10 years of experience within the construction industry, more specifically with construction chemicals.
**Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities**
- In charge of the business relationship with all potential and existing clients in the designated area, assess sales opportunities,
develop and present creative proposals that ensure closing the sale.
- Analyze market opportunity and develop win-win business relationships for potential partners.
- Responsible to maintain and increase Sales and margins for assigned areas, tracking new opportunities
- Provide Quotes, follow Sales Leads to all Customers for Concrete Admixtures
- Implement Area Sales Strategies in line with Company’s Vision, providing Weekly, Monthly Reports with Forecasts, Market
information and intelligence
- Carry out Field Trials with existing, new customers (exceed Customer expectations) and launching of new products
- Practice Open Communications within our Team ensuring low Customer Complaints
- Lead in conducting Business in an Ethical manner
- Participate in the accelerated growth of our company turnover by increasing our customer base.
- Identifying current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers
and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Provides product, service, or technical information by answering questions and requests.
- Establishing new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Develop business plan and sales strategy to corporate clients that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
