Presenting a hugely exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Manager to work for one of the world’s leading Lifestyle Management Groups, and be based in Riyadh, KSA

You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with suppliers to ensure the smooth and efficient supply of goods and services. You will act as a liaison between the company and its suppliers, striving to build strong, collaborative, and mutually beneficial partnerships

You will have proven experience in supplier relationship management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. You will have strong negotiation and contract management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Contractual hours are 09:00 to 18:00; 5 days per week. The role, however, requires flexibility and it may be the case that in order to fulfil the duties of the role, work on weekend, public holidays or additional/extended hours may be necessary.

Key responsibilities:

- Identify potential suppliers and conduct assessments to ensure they meet quality, performance, and ethical standards.
- Negotiate supplier agreements, contracts, and terms to secure favourable pricing, quality, and delivery conditions; negotiate commissionable partnerships to reach commercial targets, and to especially identify potential ‘global’ partnerships.
- Monitor and manage contract compliance to ensure both parties fulfil their obligations.
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and provide feedback for improvement.
- Address and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise with suppliers promptly and
- Professionally and implement corrective action plans when necessary to maintain a positive relationship.
- Look for creative and engaging ways to work with suppliers to enrich members’ experience
- Maintain the organization of internal CRM, and preferred supplier lists and regularly update the ‘Members’ Portal’ with new suppliers and insider expertise
- Be located in Saudi Arabia or be willing to relocate
- Be fluent in the English Language
- Have a valid DBS check or be willing to obtain one
- Have excellent contactable references
- Have 3+ years experience in a Supplier Relationship Management role
