We are reputed casual dining Restaurant chain in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for Call Center Agent, Saudi National, Female.
Below are some points of her Job Description:
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- Take opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
- Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management as they determine call center goals.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and... guidelines; recommending improved procedures
