岗位职责:
1、负责办公用品的采购、保管和分发,保障办公用品充足。
2、做好办公室环境维护,包括安排清洁等。
3、管理公司文件资料,进行归档、保存和借阅登记。
4、安排会议,包括会议室预订、会议通知和资料准备。
5、协助处理公司各项行政事务。
6、 其他主管交代的工作。
任职要求:
1、大专以上学历,行政管理专业教育背景;
2、1年以上办公室管理工作经验者优先;
3、英语可沟通;
4、能熟练使用办公软件。
