Call Center Agent

**Responsibilities**:
1-Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
2-Verify company cards information according to the checklist.
3-Follow communication “scripts”.
4-Enter new customer information into system.
5-Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
6-Follow instructions of Call Centre Supervisor.
**Requirements**:
1-Professional experience of at least 1 year in a similar or relevant role.
2-Fluent Arabic and English languages.
3-Strong communication skills.
4- degree or high school certificate.
