Sales Engineer

**Location**: Saudi Arabia **(Jeddah & Riyadh)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Achieve sales and collection targets.
- Clearly articulate technical capabilities and conduct product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and maintain prospective client relationships.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to clients.
- Create a conducive environment to facilitate purchase decisions and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Understand customer needs and offer optimal solutions in a timely manner.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Achievement of sales and collection targets as per the business plan.
- Year-on-year growth metrics.
- Comparison of actual invoiced sales against targets.
- New account introductions and vendor registrations.
- Lead conversion ratios and customer retention rates.
**Qualifications and Competencies**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HVAC sales within the Saudi market.
- Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective clients.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Transferable Iqama and a personal vehicle.
**Reporting Relationship**:
- Reports to the Sales Manager.
Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
