المسؤوليات:
الاستراتيجية والتنفيذ البيعي: استخدام أساليب التواصل المختلفة والنهج التشاوري في المبيعات لشرح قيمة وفوائد خدماتنا الاستشارية بفعالية. إبرام عقود ذات قيمة عالية لتحقيق أهداف الإيرادات.

بناء العلاقات: إنشاء وتعزيز علاقات قوية مع صناع القرار في مجال الرعاية الصحية ، بما في ذلك المسؤولين التنفيذيين وكبار الإداريين. فهم احتياجاتهم وتحدياتهم وأهدافهم لتpozicjonuj خدماتنا الاستشارية كحل. استغلال شبكتك حسب الاقتضاء لإبرام فرص مبيعات ذات قيمة عالية وعالية القيمة.

البيع الاستشاري: إجراء تقييمات احتياجات متعمقة ومحادثات تشخيصية مع العملاء المحتملين لفهم أهدافهم التجارية ونقاط ألمهم. تكييف خدماتنا الاستشارية لتلبية احتياجاتهم المحددة وتقديم حلول شاملة. توضيح عائد الاستثمار والقيمة المقترحة للخدمات بشكل فعال.

إعداد العروض: التعاون مع شركتنا لتطوير عروض وعروض تقديمية مخصصة تعالج المتطلبات المحددة للعميل. توضيح نطاق العمل والنتائج والجدول الزمني وهياكل التسعير بالنيابة عن شركتنا. ضمان أن تكون العروض مقنعة وإقناعية ومتوائمة مع أهداف العميل.

التفاوض والإبرام: قيادة مفاوضات العقود بالتعاون مع كبار المستشارين ، والتعامل مع أي اعتراضات أو مخاوف يثيرها العميل بالنيابة عن عملائنا. استخدام تقنيات التفاوض الفعالة لضمان شروط مواتية وإبرام الصفقات. دعم شركتنا في إدارة عملية توقيع العقود وضمان انتقال سلس إلى مرحلة تنفيذ المشروع.

المتطلبات:
الخبرة: سجل حافل بالنجاح في مبيعات الرعاية الصحية عالية القيمة ، وبشكل أفضل في صناعة استشارات إدارة الرعاية الصحية. القدرة المثبتة على إغلاق الصفقات المعقدة مع صناع القرار في مجال الرعاية الصحية.

معرفة صناعة الرعاية الصحية: فهم عميق للصناعة الصحية ، بما في ذلك اللاعبين / صناع القرار الرئيسيين ، والمعرفة بالاتجاهات الصحية السائدة والتحديات والبيئة التنظيمية. القدرة على استيعاب المفاهيم الصحية المعقدة وترجمتها إلى حلول تجارية.

مهارات المبيعات: مهارات اتصال مبيعات استثنائية مع نهج تشاوري وموجه نحو الحلول للعملاء المحتملين والجهات المعنية الداخلية. القدرة القوية على بناء العلاقات والتأثير على أصحاب المصلحة وإبرام عقود ذات قيمة عالية. الخبرة في البيع المرتكز على القيمة والمناقشات التجارية المدفوعة بعائد الاستثمار.
