Key Account Specialist

**Accountabilities**:
**Customer Development**
- Deploy Nestle professional sales activity plans with assigned customers in food service and utilize available sales tools to perfectly present the company products and brands.
- Lead the negotiations with potential operators within company’s policies & budget and monitor their performance & compliance to take corrective action where appropriate.
- Unlock annual agreements with potential customers for the company strategic categories.
- Ensure appropriate/ frequent contact with key stake holders in each customer are being carried out as per the contact matrix.
- Conduct frequent kitchen demonstrations to key operators to generate incremental business.
**Skills Knowledge & Experience**
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in FMCG
- Strong negotiation & presentation skills
- Ability to develop win-win solutions.
- University graduate (Business Major is a plus)
- English / Arabic is essential.
**KPI Measures**
- Incremental reach &Penetration targets
- Value & Volume growth Target
- Deployment of customer' business plans
- One year experience at sales role in B2B
- Holding Saudi residence visa & driving license
- Language: English & Arabic speaking

- Previous experience in food service
