**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients in the construction and civil engineering sectors, particularly within EPC companies such as NEOM, Saudi Aramco, and SABIC.
- **Business Proposals**: Develop and present compelling business proposals and solutions tailored to the needs of each client.
- **Sales Strategy**: Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in the construction and civil engineering sectors, with a focus on EPC companies.
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the construction and civil engineering industry, including key players, market trends, and project requirements.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of successfully generating leads, creating business proposals, and closing high-value deals.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- **Negotiation**: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Client Focus**: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
**Additional Requirements**:
- **Onsite Presence**: This role requires an onsite presence in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
- **Travel**: travel to client sites and industry events may be required.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
**Timing: 8am to 5pm**
Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
