As a key liaison between our company and our clients, you will have the chance to develop and implement account strategies, drive customer retention & satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize service outcomes. Additionally, you will actively stay updated on industry trends, conduct market research, and leverage competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and maintain our competitive edge.

Job Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining relationships: Cultivating strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, communicating effectively, and providing excellent customer service.

Value proposition: Demonstrating the value proposition of the company's services to clients, showcasing how the facilities services provided can address their specific needs and contribute to their business success.

Account management: Managing customer accounts by serving as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues or concerns.

Contract management: Overseeing contract agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and handling contract renewals or modifications.

Understanding client requirements: Conducting needs assessments, gathering client feedback, and working closely with operational teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client expectations.

Upselling and cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to expand the range of services provided to existing clients, promoting additional services, and maximizing revenue from each account.

Developing account strategies: Creating account plans and strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This may involve analyzing account performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing appropriate action plans.

Collaborating with internal teams: Coordinating with various departments such as operations, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery, address customer needs, and resolve any issues.

Sales forecasting and reporting: Monitoring and analyzing sales data, preparing sales reports, and providing accurate sales forecasts to management.

Invoicing and follow-up: Ensuring smooth financial transactions, generating accurate and timely invoices, maintaining organized records, monitoring payment due dates, sending payment reminders, addressing billing inquiries or disputes, and ensuring payment accuracy.

Customer retention and satisfaction: Proactively engaging with clients, monitoring customer satisfaction levels, and taking necessary measures to enhance customer retention.

Market research and competitive analysis: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

**Salary**: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
