Position Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator for a CCTV and VMS (Video Management System) distributor company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring efficient operations within the sales department. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the sales team in achieving their targets and providing exceptional customer service to clients. You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team in generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing sales deals.
- Coordinate with the sales representatives to ensure timely order processing, shipment, and delivery of products to customers.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and technical specifications to customers.
- Prepare and send sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Follow up on sales inquiries, quotes, and proposals to secure sales orders.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide after-sales support, including order tracking, product troubleshooting, and warranty claims.
- Keep customers informed about new products, promotions, and industry developments.

3. Sales Administration:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, including sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, marketing materials, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure sufficient product availability.

4. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities, set targets, and develop sales strategies.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, such as operations, finance, and technical support, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows as required.
- Share market feedback and customer insights with the sales and product development teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the CCTV and VMS industry or a related technology field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple sales tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other relevant sales tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to support decision-making.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
