Sales Support Coordinator

We are a leading company in the GCC Healthcare Industry, with a presence in UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman markets. Our company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, and Analytical Industries.
Job OverviewThe Sales Admin Support Coordinator/Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by handling tasks related to order processing, ensuring a sufficient inventory of sales materials and supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Support and assist fellow team members and departments as needed to meet company goals.
- Prepare customer quotations and sales order checklists.
- Identify and address problems with the team leader.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues.
- Support the sales team with customer creation forms and respond to inquiries regarding the department and tasks.
- Ensure a sufficient inventory of sales materials and supplies for the sales team.
- Maintain follow-up sheets for orders placed and records for open sales orders.
- Process item creation on the system and maintain a database of quotations, tenders, and documentations.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Job Specific Skills: Good communication skills, MS Office skills, time management skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Additional Details: The candidate should be a Saudi National and based in Riyadh.
