Manage all external and internal communications for the organization to maintain brand image and reputation, and increase awareness with external stakeholders (Governmental Bodies, Media, Suppliers & Vendors).

**Accountabilities**

**Branding**:

- Develop and maintain the branding policy for Nahdi by reviewing, editing, modifying, updating according to the changes within the company as well as ensure its implementation by all the concerned departments and suppliers.
- Manage all strategic initiatives through dealing with advertising agencies, production and media houses, public relations and social media companies to ensure the display of Nahdi’s brand image as per Nahdi’s external communication strategy. Updating the communication plan by conducting quarterly facilitation meetings with department heads to discover any new modifications or addition to plan.
- Set corporate initiatives’ priorities by meeting with department heads to agree on yearly initiatives (Brand activities, communication campaigns, and communication tactics) in order to create the initiatives implementation plan.
- Manage and review the content of all company websites newspaper/magazine ads, social media content in terms of design and core message to ensure they comply with the set and approved guidelines and the approved corporate key messages.
- Manage all requirements within the company to calculate feasibility and possibility, as well as manage crises in case of improper communication or improper social media coverage, by analyzing the crises and providing recommendations for actions and implementing them.

**Relationship Management**:

- Liaise with the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Health and the entities concerned with recruitment (employment fairs) to participate with them in brand imaging related projects to ensure the maintenance of Nahdi’s image as per the external communication plan.
- Form partnerships with suppliers (i.e. Unilever, P&G, Ministry of Health in strategic by planning, aligning with management, managing budget and assigning responsibilities to ensure the maintenance of Nahdi’s image as per the external communication plan.

**Internal Communication**:

- To lead on key internal communications initiatives.
- To support in providing engaging and motivating communications organization-wide.
- To work closely with HR on employee engagement initiatives and provide ongoing internal communications advice and input.
- To strengthen the internal communications network across the wider organization.
- To oversee day to day management of the main corporate internal communications channels.

**Crisis Communication**
- Develop emergency plans in the public and private sectors according to government regulations.
- Assesses an emergency and oversees the activities of workers to protect the safety of employees and the public.

**Department Management**:

- Develop the department’s KPIs through cascading the division’s SMART objectives and monitoring the implementation to ensure the achievement of the set KPIs.
- Manage the department’s performance through providing performance feedback, conversations, appraisal, coaching, knowledge transferetc. to ensure achievement of the set objectives and employees’ career development.
- Manage all the company’s events and CSR activities by setting and managing the concept, managing the budget, assigning responsibilities, liaising with suppliers, designing the event to ensure events and activities are successfully performed in the most effective manner in terms of cost and objective.

Employee’s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

- Working Days : 5 Working Days
- Days off : 2 Days Off
- Working Hours : 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour break)

**Job Requirement**

**Education**
- Bachelor of Business Administration

**Experience**
- 8 -10 Years of Experience in marketing communication, advertising, PR

**Computer Skills**
- MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel)

**Languages**
- English
