**SUMMARY**:As a sales and Marketing Engineer, you will be responsible for Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the sales/marketing department. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. To develop new businesses and exceed customer satisfaction.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Preparing detailed information documents and marketing materials related to our services.
- Conceptualising strategy to our services in the market, generate sales conversions and deliver a superior customer experience.
- Keeping track of targeted as well as actual sales to determine the extent of marketing support required to our company.
- Sourcing and storing information about competition products and services in market.
- Participating in product development and go-to-market processes.
- Identifying new sales and marketing channels and technologies as well as finding the best solutions to promote our business.
- measuring marketing campaigns’ performance, budgetary allocations and undertaking campaign enhancement activities for better ROI on marketing expenditure.
- Conducting services audits and assessments of customer sites to identify potential opportunities for companies.
- Creating detailed technical proposals and presentations that highlight the benefits of the recommended services that companies needs and demonstrate the potential return on investment.
- Providing technical support and guidance during the sales process, including answering technical questions and addressing any concerns or objections that customers may have.
- Tracking and reporting key metrics related to the sales and marketing performance, customer satisfaction, and our services outcomes to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

**Salary**: From ﷼5,000.00 per month
