JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking an Accommodation Lead to join their team. The company is dedicated to elevating the delivery of Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, providing a solutions-based approach that delivers on the promise of Vision 2030. The Accommodation Lead will be responsible for managing the delivery of accommodation projects across various programs in the Kingdom. JASARA offers a unique opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and complex programs in the world while bringing visible change within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the accommodation delivery process, ensuring project objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of accommodation professionals and subcontractors.
- Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to ensure project delivery is aligned with program objectives.
- Develop and implement project plans, including developing scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
- Provide progress reports on project delivery to senior management, and to external stakeholders as required.
- Ensure that the project team adheres to all applicable policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 7years of experience in project management, preferably with experience managing accommodation projects in the Middle East.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Experience working with international or multicultural teams.
- Knowledge of construction regulations in Saudi Arabia is an added advantage.
