We are currently seeking a Corporate Sales Lead for our client, a leading eCommerce company that operates across the region.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Representing the company with a comprehensive understanding of its products and achieving company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
- Growing long-lasting relationships by understanding consumer needs and identifying how the company’s solutions meet them.
- Creating and executing a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends global reach.
- Overseeing the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly.
- Preparing effective sales models to enhance the sales funnel.
- Ensuring monthly/yearly sales targets are met.
- Handling customer complaints and queries.
- Preparing and presenting a detailed sales report.
- Ensuring the company’s products and services are optimized.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and emerging market trends.
- Setting sales targets and revenue goals.
- Attracting potential customers by highlighting standout product/service offerings on white paper.
- Representing the company at trade shows and events.
- Maintaining long-term and positive customer relationships.
- Determining sales goals upon reviewing budget authority.
- Enhancing employees’ accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, and monitoring team performance while providing real-time coaching to support them in achieving the assigned goals and providing overall guidance to newly recruited Sales Representatives while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Motivating employees by providing feedback and recognition for behaviors that drive positive results.
- Identifying knowledge gaps within the team and developing a plan to fulfill them.
- A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or an equivalent field.
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
- 3-6 years of sales experience.
- Proven sales leadership experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- A complete understanding of the company’s products and services.
- A proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close.
- The ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization.
- The ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- The ability to position products against competitors.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Superb leadership ability.
- Fluency in English language in oral and written is a must.
