We are Looking for a Total Rewards Manager for one our well-Known clients based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
**Title: Rewards Manager (Saudi National)**
**Industry**: Multi-cultural FMCG organization
**Experience**:5-7 years of experience in a relevant field and Minimum 3 years of Compensation & Benefits management experience in a Medium to Large organization
**Reports to**:Director of OD and Change Management
**Job Profile**:Implementing the rewards strategy and process in the Organization. Developing analytics and reward benchmarks to propose efficiency and productivity improvement of the business. Support in hiring and retention of quality talent, while managing the Job Leveling in the organization. Keep the SAP data accurate and review from time to time to ensure CC and payroll cost booking are accurate.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Contribution**:
- Execute the annual business plan and targets and comply with the strategic agenda of the Total Rewards to deliver the company's vision and mission.
- Translate the strategy into operational business plans for the Total Rewards and lead the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the Company’s strategy.
**2. Budgeting**: Participate in the preparation of the functional budget and assess financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized.
**3. Rewards Management**:
- Support the development of a competitive pay scale and benefits structure. Implement salary administration processes to ensure equity in salaries and benefits as well as rewarding performance while managing human capital cost.
- Implement competitive reward management programs (including pay, pension plan, housing assistance, education assistance, leave and incentive plans) to attract, motivate and retain the appropriate talent from the local and international job market.
- Work with OD team in development of appropriate variable pay, incentive plans and recognition programs to motivate employees and direct the organization towards a performance-based pay approach and culture.
- Review the effectiveness of the reward strategy in the organization periodically and propose improvements, including cost impact analysis.
- Ensure budgets associated with salary increases and bonuses are distributed on equitable grounds and address possible inconsistencies in execution to ensure fairness of process across the Company.
- Work with OD team to review and assess the job grading structure to ensure the Company has an updated and market competitive grading structure based on market trends.
**4. Benchmark**
**Analysis**:
- Liaise with external consultancies to design and review annually the reward practices of the company by obtaining market bench-marking data to ensure that the reward offering of the firmis in line with market practices.
- Prepare data and participate in compensation surveys in the market to study the market reward benchmarks and recommend the rectification of the reward structure to balance between affordability while retaining and attracting the right talent.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboard as per advice from Manager. Always ensure update of database
- Prepare different reward analysis to provide rewards related insights to business, to make them cost efficient and productive.

**Education,Experience & Skills**:
**Education**: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Statistics or Finance. MBA (preferred).
**Experience **:5-7 years of experience in a relevant field and Minimum 3 years of Compensation & Benefits management experience in a Medium to Large organization. Experience of working for a FMCG company will be an added advantage.
