**Job Summary**:
Development of indirect channel (distribution) for Master Builder Solutions products / solutions to increase market penetration and market share in the territory / region. Establish contacts with potential new customers, develop technical knowledge of existing distributors to achieve sales objective in the assigned area / territory. Work closely with other functions to ensure smooth operation of distribution business.

**Responsibilities**:
Functional / Operational tasks:

- Develop distribution within the defined territory / region based on company objectives and growth strategy in alignment with regional sales managers.
- Achieve sales objectives according to the defined segment targets via distribution.
- Identify customers with good access to market, establish, maintain account relationships, understand and identify their construction chemical needs and set up long-term distribution relationship.
- Help and support distributor sales activates in the territory/ region to achieve sales target.
- Organize weekly visits to distributors, follow up projects and potential customers to generate sales leads.
- Collect data for market to develop competitor grid and benchmarking on competitors’ positioning and the performance of their competitive products.
- Take actively part in introducing new products to the customers professionally.
- Attend customer requests, complaints, inquiries in timely manner. Ensure the satisfaction of the customer in terms of service, quality and price.
- Coordinate with sales coordinator, supply chain (logistics, procurement, and production) to fulfill the requested deadline of each and every delivery.
- Prepare monthly activity reports as requested by the management and update distribution sales and geographical coverage.
- Provide 3 months running forecast based on distributors sales development.
- Trace distributors’ payment process to ensure timely payment of receivables to meet established sales targets and revenue goals. Work closely with collection team to avoid overdues.
- Ensure Master Builder Solutions branding rules are strictly followed.
- Adhere to company safety and sustainability policies.

**Education: Education & training required**:
Education: Education & training required
- University graduate, preferably from civil engineering or architecture.
- MBA is a plus.

Working Experience:
- 5 year experience in construction chemicals.
- Experience in construction chemicals is a plus

Industry and/or Country specific requirements:
- Construction chemicals experience is must.
- Should be well connected to market area.
- Willingness to work at sales field.
