**Job Summary**:
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Crafting and delivering technically accurate and commercially verified quotations, striving for timely delivery to exceed customer expectations.
- Providing comprehensive technical and commercial support to address customer inquiries and ensure happiness.
- Maintaining meticulous records in CRM systems and other tools while actively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborating with manufacturing teams to address queries regarding lead times and special requirements.
- Participating in customer meetings and sales gatherings as needed, presenting complete and timely technical information.
- Supporting order execution to ensure the smooth processing of purchase orders and resolution of technical issues.
- Proactively managing quote backlog and contributing to process improvements.
- Adhering to Emerson's trade compliance, quality management procedures, and ethics policies, as well as promoting a commitment to environmental, health, and safety standards.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with teams across remote locations.
- Proficiency in setting SMART goals and demonstrating competencies such as Action Orientation, Customer Focus, Nimble Learning, and Collaborative Skills.

**For this Role, You Will Need**:

- Experience with CRM software and Oracle systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SMART goal setting and KFLA competencies. Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards in the workplace

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Electronics or Instrumentation.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales role.
