**job description.**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue & sales targets within the target market segment
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through generating enquire, submitting the quotation on time, converting the enquiry to job, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders in the design and engineering industry.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions utilizing our range of resources and experience.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and company profile to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, and terms of sale to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, including project coordination, technical support, and post-sale services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project pipelines.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience iwith a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events.
- Must have his/her own car and a valid KSA Driving License.
