Job Title: Sales Engineer (Mechanical/HVAC)

Location: Eastern Region

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate product solutions
- Manage and interpret customer requirements to ensure they align with the technical and commercial aspects of the products
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including technical presentations, product demonstrations, and after-sales support
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure our solutions meet or exceed customer requirements
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the mechanical or HVAC industry
- Strong technical background and understanding of mechanical or HVAC products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful sales and meeting/exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
