Head of Marketing

As the Head of Marketing, your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities from digital marketing to event planning, and from team leadership to market analysis. You will need to possess a unique blend of creativity and analytical prowess, along with an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning**: Devise and oversee the strategic marketing plan, ensuring that all initiatives support the overall business objectives and positioning of the restaurant as a leader in the fine dining space.
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape, identify target demographics, and determine customer needs and preferences.
- **Content Creation**: Direct the creation of compelling and high-quality content that tells the story of our restaurant, including video, photography, and written narratives.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Develop and manage a CRM strategy to personalize guest experiences, encourage repeat visits, and increase customer lifetime value.
- **Influencer and Partnership Marketing**: Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and strategic partners to amplify our marketing messages and expand our reach.
- **Reputation Management**: Oversee the management of online reviews and customer feedback, responding in a manner that reflects the restaurant’s high standards of customer service.
- **Brand Collaborations**: Identify and execute collaboration opportunities with luxury brands that align with our restaurant’s image to create co-branded experiences and offerings.
- **Local Marketing Initiatives**: Implement local marketing initiatives that engage the Riyadh community and drive local foot traffic to the restaurant.
- **Crisis Management**: Be prepared to manage communications in the event of a crisis, protecting the restaurant’s reputation and maintaining trust with our clientele.
- **Sponsorship and Event Opportunities**: Seek out and assess potential sponsorship and event opportunities that raise the profile of the restaurant within the target market.
- **Training and Development**: Train and support restaurant staff on brand standards and marketing initiatives to ensure a consistent brand experience for all guests.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
- At least 5-7 years of marketing experience with a proven track record in the hospitality industry or luxury brand marketing.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including content creation, analytics, and social media platforms.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a marketing team towards achieving set goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with prowess in crafting compelling messages for various audiences.
- Adept at budget management and resource allocation to maximize marketing ROI.
- Innovative and proactive in identifying new marketing opportunities and technologies.
