We invite you to join the Emerson Discrete Automation - Fluid and Motion Control (FLMC) team for Middle East & Africa. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will own the customer base to drive growth of our key brands, including ASCO, AVENTICS and TOPWORX reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of new and existing business in the assigned industrial & commercial segments. The generation of new business in this aspect covers sales to all customers, OEM’s, contractors, large end users and covers all major segments including, but not limited to, Power & Water, Clean Energy, Metal & Mining, Process Engineering industries, Machine/Factory Automation, transportation and Analytical & Medical.

**What will be my primary responsibilities in this role:
- Be responsible for all direct sales in the assigned area of responsibility
- Direct and coordinate activities to promote sales, support of products and solutions in the assigned area of responsibility
- Proactively and continuously inform and motivate existing and potential customers to secure budgeted sales/profits and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate, monitor and approve product pricing and commercial negotiations with customers
- Constantly strive for mid-term growth: implement and coordinate actions aiming at increasing the pipeline of opportunities in the assigned area of responsibility
- Direct, coordinate and report preparation of sales, business forecasts and result to Sales Manager.
- Act in line with Emerson’s core values support and cooperate with Customer Service
- Develop Executive level relationships with strategic customers and decision-makers in the assigned area of responsibility and routinely conduct customer visits.
- Strong technical knowledge of pneumatics (fluid power & fluid control) in addition to Machinery Automation Solution, PLC Automation and SCADA to support the distributors and customers.
- Develop multi-year relationships with potential customers, OEM's & EPC's.
- Focus on pneumatics’ Service and Solution (cabinets, panels, Stands, customized,..) that shall reduce the project cost and maintain high reliability and safety.
- Work closely with Asco, Aventics, Topworx & MAS PACSystem team to increase the customer time and enquiry generation.

**What do I need to qualify for this role**:

- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Instrumentation & Control System Engineering, or other related field
- Deep knowledge in pneumatics components & PLC.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Business Develop Role.
- Strong systems solutions selling skills.
- Proactive and high-energy style
- Able to t ravel: more than 50% across Saudi Arabia & Bahrain
