Receptionist / Administration Support

JASARA PMC, a renowned program management company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Coordinator to join our team. As an Administration Coordinator at JASARA PMC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of our administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating administrative tasks, managing schedules, and providing general support to various departments within the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and execute various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing calendars.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, replenishing items as needed.
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administration Coordinator or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
