**Job Summary**

Moris Media is seeking a results-oriented **Senior Business Development Manager** for our Dubai operations. This pivotal role is perfect for a dynamic professional with proven expertise in sales, marketing, and business development. You will spearhead initiatives that drive revenue growth, build lasting client relationships, and lead high-performing teams, all while contributing to the overall success of Moris Media.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of key accounts and lead efforts to capture new markets. You will work collaboratively across departments, utilize data-driven strategies, and employ innovative techniques to achieve business objectives. The role demands a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and execution skills to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and organizational success.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Growth Catalyst**: Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to achieve and surpass annual revenue goals.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and engage potential clients, conduct presentations, and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- **Sales Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team. Set clear objectives and ensure the team exceeds targets.
- **Market Insights Expert**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- **Brand Advocacy**: Represent Moris Media at industry events, conferences, and publications to enhance brand credibility and visibility.
- **Customized Solutions**: Design and deliver bespoke digital marketing and PR strategies for clients to address unique challenges.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work with internal teams, including marketing and PR, to ensure the seamless execution of strategies.
- **Data-Driven Decision Maker**: Analyze sales metrics, track team performance, and refine strategies to maximize ROI.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 3-7 years in sales and business development, with a focus on B2B client relationships.
- **Sales Acumen**: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- **Leadership Prowess**: Proven experience in building, mentoring, and leading successful sales teams.
- **Market Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the PR and digital marketing industry, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster and maintain client relationships.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- **Strategic Thinker**: Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate performance and optimize strategies.

**Probation Period (3 Months)**

**Key Objectives**:

- Achieve business targets equivalent to 10x the basic salary through personal client acquisition efforts.
- Monitor individual sales performance and report progress regularly.
- Receive 40% of the basic salary if targets are unmet during the probation period.
- **Team Leadership Path**:

- Recruit, mentor, and guide a team to meet collective business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance.

- Achieve set revenue targets.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and client relationship skills.
- Exhibit the ability to design and execute effective sales strategies.
