**المهام والمسؤوليات**:

- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف النمو المستدام.
- إدارة فريق مبيعات لضمان تحقيق الأهداف اليومية والشهرية.
- مراقبة الأداء العام لقسم المبيعات في هايبر ماركت والسوبرماركت، وتقديم تقارير دورية عن أداء المنتجات.
- تحديد احتياجات السوق والعمل على تلبية تلك الاحتياجات من خلال تعزيز الشراكات مع الموردين.
- تنسيق عمليات المبيعات للجملة للمنتجات الغذائية الصحية للموزعين والمتاجر الإلكترونية.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين.
- متابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وضمان تحسين عمليات البيع.
- العمل مع فرق التسويق لتطوير العروض الترويجية والخصومات المستهدفة لزيادة المبيعات.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير تحليلية شاملة حول أداء المبيعات وتوجهات السوق.
- مراقبة المخزون وتنسيق إعادة الطلبات لضمان توفر المنتجات.
- فتح حسابات المتاجر الالكترونية و السوبرماركت.
- تجهيز العقود.
- تحصيل المبالغ و مطالبة العملاء.
**المؤهلات والمتطلبات**:

- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال مبيعات الهايبر ماركت أو مبيعات الجملة للمنتجات الغذائية الصحية.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة فرق مبيعات وتوجيههم نحو تحقيق الأهداف.
- معرفة شاملة في قطاع السوبر ماركت والمتاجر الإلكترونية.
- مهارات تفاوض قوية وقدرة على بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء.
- قدرة على التحليل واتخاذ القرارات بناءً على البيانات.
- إجادة استخدام برامج الكمبيوتر المتعلقة بالمبيعات والتسويق (مثل Excel وبرامج إدارة علاقات العملاء).
- مهارات التواصل والتنظيم.
