WSP in the Middle East is looking for a visionary changemaker to join as a senior member of the Property & Buildings team.

In this pivotal role, you will shoulder the responsibility for overseeing a client portfolio and providing strategic leadership, operational excellence, and technical prowess. This position requires a proven leader to drive the success of large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Strategic leadership of a Client Portfolio(s) of projects.
- Active engagement in business development activities via external and internal client relationships.
- Working closely with the Client Experience team to manage the development of multidiscipline prospects.
- Leading by example by encouraging collaboration and adopting future Ready mindset.
- Accountability for the delivery of projects to budgets, forecasts, and working capital targets.
- Leading and managinge project teams through all phases of project planning, execution and closeout, whilst ensuring compliance with the WSP Project Lifecycle and our way of working.
- Line management and an expectation to contribute to succession planning and team career development.
- Provide leadership and support for Property & Buildings across the Middle East with a primary focus on Jeddah / Riyadh.
- Responsible for the successful delivery of Property & Buildings projects.
- Review the effectiveness, efficiency, and competence of the team with the Head of Discipline and recommend positive changes where appropriate.
- Provide high-quality service to clients in a flexible, innovative, responsive, and cost-effective manner.
- Ensure that WSP remains a sustainable organization and retains a world-class reputation for technical quality.
- Accountable for the contractual relationship between the business and clients, taking the process from proposal to contract, utilizing the advice of the support functions.
- Work with Property and Building’s Leadership Team and the client leads to ensure we have a robust approach to client engagement and remain market facing.
- Lead collaboration opportunities with clients to ensure we present the very best of WSP. This will include cross business unit collaboration or Global collaboration.

- Over 20 years of broad, international experience in the delivery of large multi-disciplinary projects.
- Experience of leading, motivating and driving multi discipline teams within complex and challenging project environments.
- Successfully delivered multiple, large-scale programmes of work across a range of sectors and Clients.
- A passion for driving improvement in quality and empowering teams to challenge the status quo.
