Travel Agency Senior Sales Manager

**Salary**: USD 100,000 - 120,000 per annum
You must be a native Saudi national to be considered for this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive the strategic sales planning for the establishment and growth of the new sales operations across the GCC region.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Understand and anticipate the unique travel preferences, patterns, and needs of customers from the GCC countries.
- Utilize the existing portfolio of travel products and services to design appealing and tailored packages for GCC markets.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key partners to optimize sales results.
- Monitor travel market trends in the GCC region and adapt sales strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with the international head office to align on business strategies and goals.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the travel industry, with at least 3 years in a sales managerial role.
- Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of the GCC market, including customer profiles, travel patterns, preferences, and languages.
- Proven track record of managing successful sales teams and achieving sales targets.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key partners.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Willingness to travel across the GCC countries.
