HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions and assisting with paperwork completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the System
- Manage employee files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Help organize HR events, meetings, and training sessions as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment through effective communication and support.
- Help organize training sessions and workshops, tracking attendance and gathering feedback.
- Support employee development initiatives by coordinating training schedules and resources.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Has to be a Saudi National
- 0-1 Year of experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar administrative HR role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English Language, spoken and written
**Salary**: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
