**Job Title: ICT Sales Specialist**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Revenue Growth**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ICT products and solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop customized sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Understand client challenges and recommend ICT solutions.
**Market Research and Strategy Development**:
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities.
- Develop strategies to stay competitive in the ICT sector.
- Stay updated on ICT product developments and industry trends.
**Collaboration and Reporting**:
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create sales materials.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of ICT products.
**Qualifications**:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields (preferred).
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the ICT sector.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of ICT products, with a willingness to learn technical aspects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and client-specific approach development.

- Strong interpersonal skills for rapport-building and long-term relationships.
- Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
