Sales Support Officer

**About this opportunity**
The Sales Support Officer will support the sales team in execution and general follow of customer accounts and projects by following up with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure all tasks are completed, all stakeholders are well informed, and all accounts remain in good condition.
**In this role, you will**
- Provide sales support inclusive of proposal plus contract generation, new accounts auditing and data entry.
- Provide continuance process improvement suggestions.
- Stimulate sales productivity enhancement to align with corporate objectives.
- Provide administrative assistance for Territory Manager, Area Sales Manager and Business Development Manager.
- Report on Key Performance Indicators for all stakeholders (internal and external).
- Assist in developing annual account plans and develop tracking tools.
- Prepare sales tracking tools plus reports to obtain and present significant information to as well as from sales team.
- Develop reports, tools and database to assist cross functional teams.
- Assist and collaborate with Territory Manager, Area Sales Manager, and Business Development Manager to prepare particular sales strategies and proposals.
- Audit and track order/opportunity entries, supervise open and shipped orders and provide status updates to customer.
- Ensure to edit customer and location information as required.
- Present sales back-up support as well as assume full sales responsibility in absence of Business Development Manager.
- Corporate account event coordination and follow-up.
- Corporate account follow-up with internal and external stockholders related to various project stages, departments. and deliverables.
- Follow-up aged receivables bi weekly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure account business continuity.
- Coordinating proof of payment and allocation between internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting to ensure customer support related issues are closed within 48 Hours.
**In this role, you’ll need **
- Saudi National
- 1-3 Years experience minimum
- High School Diploma
- Fluent in Arabic
- Good English
