Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in Field Sales Teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through area customers (Western, Eastern, and Southern Provinces).

Manage sales and services of the company customers aiming to increase the company Animal Health wallet share by serving as the primary point of contact between the account and the company Animal Health.

Work with the customers to identify, anticipate needs, provide solutions, and co-create values.

Interact with local marketing and technical services to successfully implement programs and strategies with Key Accounts.

Educates customers about the company Animal Health brands, identify issues with accounts and works with appropriate personnel and external parties to effectively communicate and resolve matters.

Achieves or exceeds qualitative and quantitative objectives and take the ownership for results.

Monthly estimation and forecasting of products volumes for our customers in the region.

Negotiate and secures mutually beneficial agreement that effectively link the company Animal Health resources to the long-term business needs of the customers.

Builds effective working partnerships with the customers, positioning the company Animal Health as a key strategic partner.

Keeps the country lead informed of trends or other competitive initiatives that could impact the company Animal Health business with the customers.

Develops unique ways to grow the company Animal Health business with our Poultry Key customers in Western and Eastern Regions and provide solutions in the face of challenges.

Ensure wise spending that delivers a solid return on investment and is spent in a way that builds long term sustainability of the brands.

Thorough business planning for each and every account in the region.

Builds an intimate knowledge of the company Animal Health brands, their values and positioning.

Build mutually beneficial, profitable, long-term relationships with the ruminants’ customers.

Achieve budget and maximize sales in line with the company’s sales objectives for designated customers.

Analyses our customers and markets data, identifies opportunities which can be addressed by the company Animal Health solutions and anticipate factors that could impact strategies, plan and position in the marketplace.

Negotiates skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups and can win concessions without damaging relationships.

Coordinates the integration and exchange of information between the company Animal Health and poultry accounts.

Understands sales performance metrics and the resource utilization to maximize ROI for the company Animal Health.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required**:
Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in animal health pharmaceutical business preferably in Saudi Arabia.

Excellent relationship building and strong communication skills.

Understands the ruminant’s industry, market trends, and business environment.

Proven planning, forecasting, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Ability to travel as needed.

Demonstrates growth and accountability mindset.

Fluent in business English.
