Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve or exceed business goals within the assigned region. Conduct regular field visits to coach team members, assess performance, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies as needed. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the oncology and hematology therapeutic areas.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales roles in Oncology and Hematology.
- At least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial position, with a successful track record of leading teams.
