We are currently seeking a **Strategic Account Manager **to join our dynamic team in **Riyadh,Saudi Arabia
The Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in assigned strategic accounts in line with defined short
- and long-term targets. This role focuses on establishing Vertiv as the preferred partner for the entire product and service portfolio, ensuring strong and sustained relationships with strategic accounts to meet business objectives.
**What kind of work will you be doing?
- Develop strategies for building and maintaining long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Anticipate commercial, technical, and supply chain needs, investigates underlying causes, and proposes short
- and long-term solutions.
- Create and follows up on the Account Plan and Activity Plan, ensuring tracking of progress.
- Manage sales of all products, services, and solutions, collaborating closely with technical teams.
- Actively participates in the development and follow-up of activity plans.
- Manage client negotiations with the support of the Sales Director.Monitor the market to identify new business opportunities and initiates Action Plans.
**What will make you successful?
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent technical knowledge.
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
