**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of technology sales representatives to achieve sales targets and company objectives
- Develop sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technology industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to the sales team to enhance their performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer success
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in technology sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Prior experience in leading and managing a sales team
- Deep understanding of the technology industry and its trends
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies
- Results-driven mindset with a strong customer focus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
