Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective offline sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to optimize performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors, including retail, distribution, and direct sales.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in offline sales, preferably in the wholesale industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural nuances.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
