**Your tasks and responsibilities**
As HR Country Head in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia you will be responsible to lead the country HR function and the local HR Team. You will be part of the HR MESA organization (Middle East and Southern and Eastern Africa), reporting into the Head of HR of MESA Zone, while also being an integrant part of the KSA Leadership Team.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
**HR Strategy, Governance and Business Partnering**
- Stay abreast of HR trends and act as a valued HR partner and advisor to the country leadership team
- Create and sustain alignment with business leaders through implementation of people strategies and add value by enabling delivery on long
- and short-term business goals and objectives. It is essential to maintain an effective level of business literacy inc. financial position, strategic plans, culture and competitors.
- Design, align and implement HR policies, programs, and practices in line with global and regional HR guiding principles, as well as local labor requirements
- Be responsible for compliance with all relevant local and international regulations as well as internal governance
- Position Siemens Healthineers as an employer of choice in the country, while advising the management team on strengthening the local employer brand based on company programs and policies
- Identify talents
- Coach managers to effectively drive execution of core HR processes: Performance management, Development planning, Talent Planning, Annual Compensation processes in alignment with country practices & company policies & tools.
- Ensure people practices across the business are aligned to achieve the business strategy and growth agenda whilst continuing to drive employee engagement.
- Provide partnership and consultancy to zone HR Head to ensure successful implementation of defined initiatives in the country
**Organizational Effectiveness and Operations**
- Implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion specific initiatives in collaboration with the region and the country leaders
- Oversee efforts in support of building management capability to foster an effective employee relations environment by providing advice and counseling, and, if necessary, conduct or oversee employee relations investigations and provide analytics.
- Keep updated on labor law changes, provide advice to line managers on personnel issues as well as assist legal cases related to disputes to ensure compliance with employment laws
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers to ensure quality talent selection compensation decisions
**HR Management and Team Development**
- Lead the local HR Team and work closely with regional HR Teams (inc. Total Rewards, People and Culture Partner and Talent Acquisition partners) to ensure successful implementation of SHS HR standards
- Implement an efficient local HR delivery model, while ensuring managers and employees have a solid understanding of the different levels of support available to them through Workday, online platform, Service centers, or face-to-face counseling
- Foster collaboration and cooperation, act as a coach and keep high employee engagement
- Manage relevant HR vendors, which includes the HR Admin and Payroll process currently outsourced
**Your qualifications and experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or equivalent is essential
- Min. 10 years of experience in HR field, with at least 4 years in a HR leading role, preferably from an international organization
