**Key responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet targeted revenue increase
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly container volume results and annual forecasts)
- Initiate smart solution to help the company to tab into new opportunities, empowering automation and digitization
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Serve as the direct point of contact with assigned clients to ensure prompt and accurate service to exceed client expectations.
- Managing clients’ needs, including overseeing all operational and account management tasks throughout the lifecycle of any engagement.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Demonstrate critical thinking and make key decisions on behalf of our clients throughout the lifecycle of our service.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Follow up with clients and make visits to client locations.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and help creating company’s policies related to credit, pricing, account management and required service deliveries
- Maintain and organize all records for a client’s transactional event(s).
- Stay informed on various legal requirements to maintain compliance with local regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Promote and demonstrate positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principals.
- Accountable for leading, mentoring and team engagement.
- Providing direction, promoting collaboration and ensuring the team are enabled to achieve goals and objectives of the business
- Measure and monitor performance against critical criteria, policy and guidelines established by DP World
- Ensure compliance to DP World, Environment, Health, Safety, Security & IT policies and procedures.
- Understand and adhere to DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
- Ensure adherence to DP World standards and policies.
- Ensure data security is maintained to protect the privacy and interest of clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage team of professionals and disseminating knowledge through continuous learning and development.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.

**Job requirements**:

- **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in business administration or relevant and certification in statistics or economics.
- **Competencies and skills**:

- Business acumen: identify key revenue and cost drivers and understand their impact on an overall business case
- Financial analysis: understand and evaluate complex financial models to determine the accuracy of projections
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and confidence to operate in a customer-centric manner and advanced in English
