With a clear focus on not only new customer acquisition but also driving cross portfolio sales into existing customers. As with any sales leadership role, there is a need to improve in both sales execution capabilities along with continuous sales discipline and rigour.
The role will be reporting to the Vice-President Middle East based in Dubai and be the senior leader in our growing Saudi based operation. The successful individual will possess strong leadership capabilities to lead a team of channel and direct sales and will have a strong emphasis on the growth and expansion of the Saudi business. It is also essential that the individual can take personal ownership of initiating as well as closing deals and building/driving lean and efficient operations. It will be important that this person be an excellent communicator who is confident and comfortable in bridging the demands of the market.

You understand that selling is a team sport and are able to work effectively with multiple functions, including finance, HR, marketing, sales, pre-sales and the partner ecosystem.
- You are assertive, open to feedback and have the creativity to find ways to work around challenges. You can leverage Global Partner Program initiatives to drive local Partner activity with a focus on our Saudi core industries.
- You will also help drive our emerging opportunities in Field Service solutions, as well as in the Utilities and Telco industries. You will bring your own network of industry contacts (customers, partners) to help accelerate growth for IFS across the Kingdom.

**Duties**:
- Develop and execute a GTM to deliver revenue and profitable growth
- Build a highly capable team and create a channel partner eco-system to execute the strategy
- Management of team: Hiring, engaging, retaining, and growing talent
- Holding team accountable for results
- Drive sales and business growth to highly respected major enterprises
- Establish and uphold a high motivation culture
Qualifications
- Significant enterprise software Sales Leadership/Management Experience
- Proven track record in successfully building, motivating, and leading a fast-growing sales team
- Demonstrated success of meeting and over delivering targets in growth-oriented companies
- Strong progression of leadership within their career especially focused on sales and customer development
- Demonstrates strong long-term customer relationships and emphasizes lifetime customer value
- Natural leader with the confidence and coaching ability to nurture other leaders internally and at the same time have a positive influence and impact on the company globally
- Experienced Solution Selling background in complex deals
- Have existing, strong relationships with Key Partners within the Reseller and SI community
- Great communicator who helps build the IFS brand
- Personal Resilience and curiosity with a natural entrepreneurial mindset
- Proven success of consistency and predictability of forecast methodology within the business
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
