**About us**:
At Maharat Learning Center we support children and young adults with Specific Learning Difficulties including Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), as well as other cognitive disorders, developmental delays and learning difficulties that may be affecting their academic performance, and promote their inclusion in to the broader community. Our programs are individualized and our teaching style utilizes Assistive Technology, Augmentative Alternative Communication, ABA teaching techniques, online resources, virtual reality, robotics and other innovative technology to teach children and young adults the academic, social and life skills they need to succeed in school, college and life.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Set and achieve comprehensive organizational goals and objectives by preparing and reviewing strategic plans; preparing and completing action plans; implementing service, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements and implementing change.
- Manage the day to day oversight of the business operations, including management of all departments and ensuring departments are operating according to standards, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with Senior Management in the projection of growth and strategy to achieve goals set in place by the Management of Maharat Arabia Learning Center.
- Write, prepare and execute contracts, agreements, understandings, engagement letters, leases or amendments on behalf of Maharat Arabia Learning Center and in accordance with the guidelines and specifications set forth in the Delegation of Authority.
- Be responsible for the oversight, negotiation, and execution of contracts and general operations for local and international clients.
- Participate in expansion activities.
- Manage relationships with partners / vendors.
- Build, solidify and strengthen Maharat Arabia Learning Center brand image by collaborating with clients, government, community, organization, and employees.
- Act for and represent Maharat Arabia Learning Center in all matters before any persons, companies, or corporations in whom Maharat Arabia Learning Center may have an interest, representation or part, as required by Senior Management.
- Prepare and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.
- Lead, present and conduct meetings and trainings with departments and staff.
- Draft new policies and procedures as required, review existing organizational policies, and coordinate and develop organization standards.
- Increase management's effectiveness by selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and/or advising managers, heads of departments and staff.
- Communicate values, strategies, and objectives to departments and staff, including assigning accountability, planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance and efficiency.
- Establish plans, objectives, budgets and results measurements for departments, allocates resources, reviews progress and implements improvements as required.
- Enforce ethical business practices and represent Maharat Arabia Learning Center professionally and ethically at all times.
- Supervise Administrative Departments and Personnel, including the Scheduling, Health & Safety and Marketing/PR Department.
- Monitor and review quality assurance data, including customer complaints, customer satisfaction, new clients and exiting clients, and produce statistical analysis and reports.
- Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational seminars and workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing related business networks, benchmarking standard practices and participating in professional societies.
- Develop and present training programs for staff, offers coaching, mentorship, and development of administrative personnel, develop training protocols, competency standards and all documentation requirements.
- Be responsible for the communication and enforcement of policies and procedures for clients and staff.
- Provide such other services as are ancillary to the foregoing or as the Employer may reasonably request (Collectively, the “Services”).
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in the related field.
- Experience in management may be advantageous.
- Understanding and knowledge of client relations.
