Job Summary

The successful candidate will have exceptional time management skills, be proficient in calendar management, and have experience with document preparation and editing.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Manage the management's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the management, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative role.
