**The Company**:
**The Role**:
The role is responsible for the overall planning Development & Tracking of the Lower Trade business ( Vans and Wholesale Operation) channels through our distributor Partner across Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To Lead on Van Operation Development projects (Structure
- Coverage -Drop size - Strike Rates - Distribution)
- Create a dedicated SKU drives and plans by region
- Managing Wholesale and Semi Wholesale customers across all regions
- Develop and execute monthly/quarterly and yearly plans.
- Achieve agreed sales values and control of expenses.
- Support in Product Management (Forecast, Availability, Pricing, LT KPIs)
- Development and retention of the distribution network timely and professionally.
- Supervise and lead of the Trade sales team
- Develop and implement and recommend sales strategies and plans.
- Set objectives and targets for the sales staff and the distribution network in the assigned area.
- Set and on-going adjust working calendar/sales routes for sales team to maximize productivity and service.
- Set customer\'s annual targets & monitor the performance
- Align with marketing for brand building activities
- Work together with trade marketing plans by category by channel
- Analyze and forecast sales volumes by SKU
- Align with marketing, finance & logistic for all daily operations
- Monitor the performances vs plan (competition, sell in, sell out, shoppers behaviors, etc)
- Develop the needed presentations & training for the sales force & point of sales
- Adhere to the company’s Accounting and Administration policies and guidelines.

**The Person**:
**Key Requirements**:

- University degree in marketing or comparable is needed, Master or any other further qualification in marketing/trade marketing / Sales is appreciated.
- **6+ years **of sales experience in FMCG industry and must have experience working in Saudi Arabia or at least has very good knowledge of the country and its complexities
- Must have experience managing a team Preferably Arabic speaker Prior experience in distributor management is essential
- With strong background in Key Account Management and Sales experience
- With 2 years should be in an equivalent Management level in a relevant Multinational FMCG.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic language, Fluency in French is a plus.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse community
- Ability to engage
- Ability to determine the priorities
- Able to quickly and effectively analyze data and reports
- Ability to drive a business agenda
- Internationally mobile and able to travel
