**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets within the baby care division.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales, marketing, and operational professionals to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and foster a culture of excellence.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product development, expansion, and differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain, to streamline processes and optimize product lifecycle management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and industry partners, to enhance market presence and maximize sales opportunities.
- Drive promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and brand initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer engagement in the baby care segment.
- Monitor and evaluate business performance against KPIs, budgets, and forecasts, implementing corrective measures as necessary to ensure financial targets are met.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and emerging trends in baby care products, providing strategic guidance and compliance oversight.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with stakeholders and promote brand visibility.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the business unit, encouraging employee development and professional growth.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- This role is only open to Saudi Nationals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the baby care industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer preferences.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and expanding market share in a competitive environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and decision-making skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes and exceeding customer expectations.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing the baby care industry in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Must have valid driving license
